About KPI

Tecsar Engineering Inc. has been measuring the quality of our services with a variety of clients for more than 30 years. At the onset of each individual Detailed Design phase, clients communicate priorities by assigning weights to Performance Indicators. Weights are used to rate the relative importance of one indicator to another. Tecsar project teams then ensure additional focus on performance indicators as directed by the client. Once construction and commissioning are complete, the client scores the indicators (factored between 0-10) and ultimately this quantifies the quality of our services on the project.

Tecsar’s year over year KPI scores demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. The scoring on each project is also accompanied by client feedback where together, these items help identify areas where Tecsar can actively work to improve the services we provide. This KPI history has laid the foundation for many successful alliance relationships.
